After several weeks of trying to get the right documents for us to file the I600 in Ghana and not being able to get exact ones we needed, we have decided to file our paperwork here in Washington. The up side to that is adoption is more common to the United States than it is in Ghana and the US is more likely to accept the paperwork that we do have. The down side.....it could take a lot more time to do it this way. So with that being said it's time to drop to our knees and pray. Pray that Monica will come home soon. Pray all of this paperwork is accepted and processed quickly. It looks like some of her very close friends will be coming home in December, Thank you Jesus!!! Please comfort our little Monica, help her to understand that we are doing the best we can to get her home.
